WTI builds all-aluminium extension ladders from 6061-T6 aluminium, with model WM-0101A rated ANSI Type IA at 300 lbs and tested at the WTI Test Center to ANSI A14.2-2017. The catalogue range includes the Aluminum Extension Ladder 7000 Series, Type IA Extra Heavy Duty with a 300 lbs duty rating in models 7016 to 7040, 16′ to 40′, and the 7800 Series, Type 1 Light Duty with a 250 lbs duty rating in models 7800-16 to 7800-40, 16′ to 40′. Stand-offs SO ADJ and FIXED SO fit extension ladders, with SO ADJ adjusting 13″ to 25″ from the wall.
Fibreglass step and extension ladders, 300 lbs and 375 lbs ratings
The fibreglass range combines JB-16 and JB-03 fibreglass with 6061-T6 aluminium: step ladder WM-0005A at 28.98 lbs, tested at the WTI Test Center to ANSI A14.5-2017, and extension ladder WM-0031A, ANSI Type IA at 300 lbs, 54.84 lbs, tested to the same standard. Catalogue families run from the Fiberglass Step Ladder 1000 Series, Type IA Extra Heavy Duty with a 300 lbs duty rating in models 1003 to 1012, 3′ to 12′, to the 2000 Series, Type IAA Extra Heavy Duty with a 375 lbs duty rating in models 2004 to 2012, 4′ to 12′. Step and platform ladders, tripod, leaning and manhole ladders and fibreglass work stands complete the line.
Multi-function scaffolds in Q235B steel and aluminium
Model MFS-6L is built in Q235B steel and meets uniform load 1,100 lbs (4:1 safety factor) in testing at the WTI Test Center. The catalogue covers the 6′ steel multi-function scaffold, the MINI multi-function scaffold, 4′, 5′ and 6′ steel folding multi-function scaffolds and a 6′ aluminum multi-function scaffold, with outriggers, guard rail sets and 5″ rubber casters. Folding trestles with a 1,000 lb capacity, all steel construction and 36″ width are available 3′, 4′ and 6′ high with 2′ or 3′ extensions.
